What goes on behind Alice’s mind as she fills this house of quotes?
Well, every phrase here has got through the gates for at least one reason. It may be any of the following:
- It’s a classic
- It’s cutely or wittily punny
- It’s clearly inspirational or motivational
- It makes you think
- It’s simply hilarious
- It refers to a song or poem that’s thought provoking or inspiring
- It’s just…good.
A picture-quote or slab of text would not just randomly make it on here if…
- It happens to have a pretty design
- It sounds poetic
- It’s about love
- It’s animated
- It’s cute <3 (trust me, though, it can be so tempting sometimes)
- It looks like a good space filler
Although, any in that category would make a great bonus, though. :)
